Take the lead in team management, workflow coordination and advisory delivery across a diverse SME portfolio. Reporting to Managers and Partners, you’ll support team development and play a key role in compliance, advisory and client relationship management.
Lead workflow, review tax returns, BAS and financial reports
Mentor juniors and deliver structured technical training
Support advisory services: forecasting, budgeting, analysis
Maintain strong client relationships and deliver tailored advice
Ensure quality control and compliance across all engagements
Skills & Experience
CA or CPA qualified
Business services background within Australian public practice
Strong technical knowledge of tax and compliance
Experience reviewing work and managing staff workflow
Skilled in Xero, MYOB and other cloud-based platforms
