About the Role
Take the lead in growing the Tax & Business Advisory division of a well-established mid-tier firm. Manage a dynamic portfolio of clients including ASX-listed companies, multinationals, family-owned businesses, and not-for-profits. Industry sectors span property, construction, healthcare, professional services, technology, and retail.
Reporting to the Managing Partner, you’ll work closely with the broader leadership team to shape strategy and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide commercial and tax advisory to a diverse client base
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing advisory team
- Build trusted relationships with business owners and senior executives
- Collaborate across internal divisions to deliver integrated client solutions
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and firm-wide leadership
Skills & Experience
- CA/CPA qualified with deep tax and advisory expertise
- Demonstrated leadership success in public practice
- Strong commercial acumen and technical skills
- Confident in business development and stakeholder management
- Equity-eligible or actively preparing for partnership
