This position offers a 50/50 split between Tax & Virtual CFO. You will manage a portfolio of clients, oversee workflow, and provide mentoring to junior staff. You will also maintain a strong advisory presence with clients.

With a mix of onshore and offshore support, the team is structured to let you focus on value-added work and client relationships, rather than just compliance. The client base is primarily across construction and hospitality, with turnovers up to $60 million, and the firm uses cloud-based systems including Xero, FYI Docs and FuseDocs.

About You:
- CA or CPA qualified
- Ideally 6+ years Australian public practice accounting experience
- Professional, confident and driven personality
- A team player who thrives in a flexible and collaborative environment.
