Full Job Description
Join a well-respected Brisbane firm. Build relationships with staff and clients to help improve their business.
The key duties of this role will include:
- Training, mentoring, and managing a team.
- Working closely with clients, with the view to improve their business operations.
- Developing and implementing best practices in change management particularly relating to systems, processes, and staff performances
- Build solid working relationships with new clients and internal stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant:
To be considered for this position you will have:
- 4+ years’ experience in Australian Tax
- CA or CPA qualified.
- Have broad knowledge on a range of tax matters.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Commitment to continuing professional development and career progression.
- Must be currently based in Australia and have full working rights.
