Tax & Business Services Manager

Our client is a fast-growing firm who pride themselves on delivering exceptional services tailored to their clients’ needs. This firm has multiple offices throughout Queensland and are currently still looking to expand.

They offer a range of services including accounting, tax, advisory, and more. Their client base consists of various industries and entities with turnovers of up to $60 million. This firm has a strong focus on work/life balance and offer a range of benefits to their employees.

They are currently looking for a Tax & Business Services Manager to join the growing team and step into a 50% compliance & 50% advisory role.

• $110,000 - $140,000 + super salary (depending on experience)

• Manage a portfolio of clients from SMEs to multi-entity clients.
• Provide strategies to clients in relation to budgeting & cash flow planning, tax structuring, tax planning, business restructuring etc.  
• Preparing tax compliance for all entities including large groups
• Support the Directors and assist with the strategic direction of the firm
• Assist with the management and supervision of staff including workflow, review and training
• Maintain an ongoing awareness of market/industry and competitor trends and grow your portfolio through continuous improvement initiatives

• CA or CPA qualified
• Experienced in tax accounting & management accounting
• Manager or Supervisor level accountant experienced in managing a portfolio of clients
• Motivated individual with a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and excellent customer service skills.
• Ideally 7+ years experience in the public practice accounting industry
