The opportunity
The role is for a Business Services Supervisor looking after 2
long-term accountants and reporting to the Partners. You would be managing a fee base of $600k.

About you:

At least 5 years plus of Australian tax or business services experience.
CA or CPA qualified accountant.
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise directly with clients and HNW individuals.
Self-motivated and the ability to work as part of a positive team environment.

Key responsibilities:

Manage a fee base of approx. $600,000 with the support of 2 Accountants + a team of offshore accountants.
Complete compliance and advisory work from start to finish
50/50 compliance and advisory mix
Manage a diverse client portfolio consisting of HNW individuals and SME sized clients with turnovers up to $100 million.
Completing tax planning meetings.
Providing restructuring advice, cashflow analysis, forecasting, and various ad hoc advisory for clients.
