Due to an internal promotion, they now have a vacancy for an experienced Tax & Business Advisory Supervisor, or Senior wanting to step up!

The Opportunity:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients from SMEs to large multi-entities

  • Provide high level compliance and advisory services to clients

  • Provide strategies to clients in relation to budgeting & cash flow planning, tax structuring, tax planning, business structuring and planning

  • Assist with leading and managing a team of accountants, manage workflow and provide technical training

  • Train, coach and develop your team and encourage their continued professional growth 

  • Support the firm Partners and Managers, and assist with the strategic direction of the firm

  • Maintain an ongoing awareness of market, industry and competitor trends and grow your portfolio through continuous improvement initiatives

  • Assist with business development activities including drafting proposals and conducting client meetings


 
The Ideal Candidate:

  • We are seeking a motivated, proactive and approachable person who has proven client management experience within an accounting firm

  • Experience with supervising and reviewing the work of accountants is highly favorable  

  • You must also be CA or CPA qualified

  • Industry and company focused
