Our client is a long-established boutique Chartered Accounting firm based in Brisbane. Known for their friendly culture, strong client relationships, and excellent staff retention, they’re now looking for a motivated Supervisor to join their business services team.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Support a future Partner and act as 2IC to help manage a small team of 3 staff
• Manage a portfolio of SME clients across industries including medical, professional services, and primary production
• Perform a mix of compliance (1/3), advisory (1/3), and review/team management (1/3) tasks
• Review team outputs and mentor junior staff
• Collaborate with offshore team members in the Philippines
• Review SMSF files (preferred but not essential)

What you’ll need to succeed: 

• 4+ years of experience in Australian public practice
• CA/CPA qualified (or close to completion)
• Confident in managing client relationships face-to-face
• Strong review and mentoring experience
• A proactive, approachable attitude
• SMSF review experience is desirable but not essential
