SMSF Specialist
Location: Newcastle OR Sydney 
Salary: up to $120,00 package

About the role:

Lead technical reviews within a high-performing SMSF team. Oversee funds processed by an offshore partner, finalize for audit, and advise on compliance. Collaborate with Financial Planners and Business Advisory teams. Report to SMSF Managers and liaise with key internal and external stakeholders.

• Review SMSF processes and prep for audit sign-off
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with technical standards
• Advise clients on compliance and regulatory matters
• Flag and resolve review points proactively
• Liaise with providers, ATO, and other authorities

Skills & Experience

• Experience in SMSF accounting in public practice
• Strong technical SMSF knowledge
• CA/CPA qualified or working towards
