The Opportunity An outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced
Manager or Senior Manager to step into a key leadership role with a clear and achievable pathway to Partnership within 18 months.

The Role This is a hands-on leadership position where you will:
  • Manage a $1.2m portfolio of long-standing SME and multi-entity clients
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 6 accountants, plus an offshore team
  • Deliver high-level advisory services across complex structures and family groups
  • Work closely with Directors on client strategy, growth initiatives, and succession planning
About You
  • Proven experience in public practice accounting at Manager or Senior Manager level
  • CA or CPA qualified 
  • Strong people leader with excellent communication skills
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and driven
  • Ambitious with a genuine desire to progress to Partnership
