Senior Financial Adviser

About the role
You will manage a high‑value portfolio of complex, high‑net‑worth clients while delivering holistic strategic advice. Reporting to the Director, you will lead client relationships, oversee implementation, and collaborate with internal specialist teams. This role contributes to firm growth and offers future succession/equity.
  • Deliver high‑quality strategic advice
  • Develop tailored wealth strategies for complex/HNW clients
  • Build and manage long‑term client relationships
  • Lead reviews, portfolio oversight and ongoing advice
  • Maintain compliance with licensee and regulatory standards
  • Identify strategic opportunities to enhance client outcomes
  • Support business growth via referrals and networks
  Skills & Experience
  • Relevant degree and Financial Planning qualifications
  • Strong experience advising HNW/complex clients
  • Deep knowledge of investments, super, structures & SMSFs
  • Proven capability to build and retain client relationships
