Senior Client Services Officer | Financial Planning

About the company:
Our client is a highly reputable financial planning firm with over 40 staff, spanning across multiple locations throughout QLD and NSW. They are a large and respected company in the industry who provide clients with a high level of service and personalised advice.

About the role:
With continual growth in their Brisbane CBD office, they are seeking a Client Services Officer to join their team. You will join a high performing team and business, while receiving plenty of training and mentorship, if required. This role will cover general duties of a CSO, with a focus on advice research and implementation. Opportunity for future career progression and support through PY.

Duties:
  • Provide full adviser support to financial advisers
  • Implementation of advice documents
  • Complete research for advice
  • Preparation of all documentation for client review meetings
  • Provide a high level of client service; maintaining and developing client relationships
  • Be a point of contact for clients and respond to client enquiries
Skills & experience:
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Client Services Officer in Financial Planning
  • Experience with Xplan is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong work ethic with attention to detail
  • Highly organised and able to manage time effectively
