Senior Client Services Officer

About the role
Lead the Client Services Officer function, acting as the primary contact point for clients. Oversee client implementation, assist with quarterly reporting, manage an offshore team, and ensure smooth business workflow. 

  • Oversee client implementation and off-platform fund allocations

  • Manage and delegate tasks to offshore CSO team

  • Serve as the primary contact for client liaison

  • Assist with quarterly client reporting and compliance tasks

  • Maintain smooth daily workflow and communication within the team

Skills & Experience

  • Strong client services and administrative skills in financial planning

  • Ability to handle pressure calmly and professionally

  • Comfortable managing small teams and delegating work

  • Familiarity with HUB24, Class, or similar platforms is beneficial
