Client Service Officer

About the role
Support the day-to-day operations of the financial planning division by implementing advice, managing client accounts and collaborating with advisers. This role plays a key part in client service delivery across investment and wealth management functions.
  • Implement advice and portfolio changes for clients
  • Set up new accounts across multiple platforms
  • Manage client queries and update account details as needed
  • Prepare advice documents and assist with fee disclosure statements
  • Attend committee meetings and contribute to reports
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in client services or wealth management
  • Exposure to financial planning software such as Xplan, Praemium or BT Panorama
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage workflows and meet deadlines
  • Diploma of Financial Planning a bonus, not essential
