About the role
Support the day-to-day operations of the financial planning division by implementing advice, managing client accounts and collaborating with advisers. This role plays a key part in client service delivery across investment and wealth management functions.

Implement advice and portfolio changes for clients
Set up new accounts across multiple platforms
Manage client queries and update account details as needed
Prepare advice documents and assist with fee disclosure statements
Attend committee meetings and contribute to reports

Skills & Experience

Experience in client services or wealth management
Exposure to financial planning software such as Xplan, Praemium or BT Panorama
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage workflows and meet deadlines
Diploma of Financial Planning a bonus, not essential
