The Role
As a Senior Client Services Officer, you will be an integral part of the financial planning team, supporting two financial advisers and working alongside paraplanners and other CSOs. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys working with clients, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the seamless implementation of financial advice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative and adviser support.

  • Prepare documentation for client review meetings.

  • Implement advice documents and ensure compliance.

  • Maintain and update client records in Xplan.

  • Handle client enquiries and follow-ups in a professional manner.

  • Manage the Fee Disclosure Statement (FDS) process and compliance-related tasks.

About You
The ideal candidate will be a career Client Services Officer with a passion for financial planning and a commitment to providing high-quality client service.

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar Client Services Officer role in financial planning.

  • Extensive knowledge of Xplan is essential.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.

  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative and supportive office.
