Senior Client Services Officer

THE CLIENT:
This well-established firm based in the Southern Suburbs of Brisbane have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Client Services Officer to join their team. They have been in operation for over 30 years, servicing a large and varied client base.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide full adviser support to financial advisers
• Implementation of advice documents
• Preparation of all documentation for client review meetings
• Provide a high level of client service; maintaining and developing client relationships
• Be a point of contact for clients and respond to client enquiries
• Maintain files and database records
• Client follow ups

• Ideally 5+ years experience as a Client Services Officer in Financial Planning
• Must have extensive knowledge with XPLAN
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail
• High focus of client care
• Highly organised and able to manage time effectively
• Great knowledge and understanding of the financial planning process
