About the role
Manage a diverse portfolio of SME, family group and HNW clients. Work closely with business owners to deliver tax and advisory solutions. Report to the Partners and support junior team development.
- Prepare and review tax returns and financials
- Deliver tailored tax planning and business advice
- Build strong client relationships across sectors
- Mentor juniors and guide internal training
- Support firm growth through quality service
- CA or CPA qualified (or near completion)
- Public practice experience in tax and compliance
- Skilled communicator with client-first mindset
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen
- Keen to grow with a stable, values-led firm
- No timesheets, no KPIs – focus on quality work
- Full CA/CPA support and monthly in-house training
- Hybrid work model and flexible hours
- Central Gold Coast location, newly renovated office
