Senior Accountant / Supervisor – Tax & Business Services 
Work Type: Full Time – Hybrid 
Location: Brisbane CBD
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 package

We’re currently working with a well-established, full-service Chartered Accounting firm based in Brisbane CBD with over 50 years of industry experience. This boutique firm services a wide range of SME clients and is known for its supportive, down-to-earth culture.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Accountant or Supervisor ready to take the next step into a leadership role.

The Role: 

• Assisting in managing a small team (3 accountants)
• A mix of:
  
  • 1/3 compliance work (tax returns, BAS, financial statements)
  • 1/3 advisory (business structuring, tax planning, growth consulting)
  • 1/3 review and management duties
• Working across a diverse client base
• Reviewing work prepared by offshore team members

About You:

• CA or CPA qualified (or close to completion)
• 4+ years’ experience in public practice (tax and business services)
• Previous staff supervision or mentoring experience preferred
• Confident communicator with a collaborative attitude
