The Opportunity

This firm has been in practice for over 50 years and specialises in offering a proactive approach to accounting. They focus on providing superior service to clients, building and maintaining long-lasting relationships.

Due to growth, the firm is now seeking an experienced Senior Accountant or Manager who values mentoring, strong training, and continual internal growth opportunities.

Your duties will include but aren't limited to, 

• Manage a portfolio of clients, ranging from SMEs to multi-entity organisations

• Provide strategies to clients on budgeting and cash flow planning, tax structuring, tax planning, business restructuring, and more

• Review tax compliance for all entities, including large groups

• Support the Directors and contribute to the strategic direction of the firm

• Assist with staff management and supervision, including workflow coordination, review, and training

• Maintain an ongoing awareness of market, industry, and competitor trends, and grow your portfolio through continuous improvement initiatives

About you:

• CA or CPA qualified, or partially completed

• Senior/Manager-level experience, including managing a portfolio of clients and reviewing and mentoring staff

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
