About the role

Work closely with directors to deliver tax compliance, business advisory and Virtual CFO services. Manage a portfolio of SME, medical and not-for-profit clients, providing strategic financial guidance and hands-on support across a variety of engagements.

Duties

Prepare tax returns, financial statements and BAS across various entity types
Provide tailored tax planning and business structuring advice
Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts and three-way financial models
Monitor key performance indicators and deliver variance analysis
Support clients with business planning, risk management and reporting
Conduct financial analysis and scenario modelling for strategic decisions
Liaise directly with clients, external stakeholders and internal managers

Skills & Experience

CA/CPA qualified or currently completing
Experience in tax, compliance and business advisory
Experience with budgeting, forecasting and modelling desirable
Confident communicator with strong client management skills
