The Role As a Senior Accountant, you’ll manage your own client portfolio across a range of industries, supported by an offshore team so you can focus on advisory, relationships and higher-value work.

This role suits someone who enjoys client interaction, proactive tax planning and wants a clear pathway to future progression (including partnership) without burning out.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of business clients
• Prepare financial statements, tax returns, BAS and IAS
• Deliver proactive tax planning and advisory services
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Work closely with offshore support to streamline compliance

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years’ experience in Australian public practice
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with clients
• Strong technical foundations with an advisory mindset
• Ambition to grow long-term within a boutique firm
