About the role:

This role involves managing a portfolio with a strong focus on Tax and Business Services. You will be the key contact for your clients and will be supported by a team of Accountants, a strong offshore team for compliance, and client service coordinators for admin.

• Manage client relationships across tax and business services
• Review compliance work prepared by offshore staff
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Oversee workflow and key deadlines
• Provide strategic tax and business advice to help clients grow

With a mix of onshore and offshore support, the team is structured to let you focus on value-added work and client relationships, rather than just compliance. The firm uses cloud-based systems including Xero, FYI Docs and FuseDocs. The business has experienced steady growth over the past two years and is looking to further their growth.


About You:

• CA or CPA qualified (or currently undertaking)
• Australian public practice accounting experience
• Professional, confident and driven personality
