About the role
Join a close-knit, high-performing advice team supporting experienced advisers and their loyal client base. You’ll play a hands-on role across paraplanning and client support, working closely with the advisers and associate team.

Key responsibilities:

• Produce SOAs and ROAs (approx. 1 SOA per week)
• Complete research and financial modelling
• Manage and liaise with an offshore paraplanner
• Attend client meetings to support advice delivery
• Assist with implementation, review packs, and office support
• Contribute to smooth workflow and exceptional client outcomes

Skills & Experience

• Paraplanning and client services experience in financial planning
• Strong technical knowledge of super, investments & retirement planning
• Proficient in Xplan and/or Salesforce (or similar CRM)
• Excellent attention to detail and client focus
• Professional, with experience dealing with clients and client facing
