					Join a high-performing financial planning team supporting experienced advisers across a diverse client base. Work closely with advisers and client service teams to produce compliant, high-quality advice documents and provide technical support across holistic strategies.
- Prepare compliant SOAs and ROAs across complex strategies
 - Conduct research and projections across all areas of advice
 - Peer review advice documents and ensure compliance standards
 - Manage Xplan modelling using Xtools+, WealthSolver, and Risk Researcher
 - Liaise with advisers to clarify advice requirements and implement solutions
 
- 2+ years experience as a paraplanner
 - Completed or working towards completing financial planning studies
 - Strong technical knowledge across holistic advice
 - Competent in Xplan (including Xtools+, WealthSolver, Risk Researcher)
 - Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
