Duties:
- Draft SOAs and ROAs aligned to client goals
- Tailor financial strategies to meet client objectives
- Compare strategies to identify the most suitable options
- Research products, investments, insurance, and superannuation
- Use Xplan to model client scenarios and maintain records
- Diploma or degree in Financial Planning
- Knowledge of advice processes and legislation
- Previous experience in paraplanning or financial planning support
- Skilled in Xplan and financial modelling tools
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Supportive, close-knit team environment
- Career growth with exposure to holistic advice
