THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is a well established, progressive firm with offices throughout Queensland. With over 40 staff in their team, this firm offers a range of quality comprehensive advice for their loyal client base.

You will be a part of a team of paraplanners who collectively support the advisers, business partners and each other. You will be responsible for preparing simple, standard and complex advice documents, along with completing relevant research for said plans.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complete product research & comparisons

  • Produce compliant and comprehensive advice documents

  • Prepare insurance quotes using third party platforms

  • Prepare financial projections/reports 

  • Peer review of advice documents

  • Work collaboratively with support staff and advisers

  • Provide support to advisers

ABOUT YOU

  • Prior experience as a paraplanner, ideally 2+ years.

  • Completed at least Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, or a relevant tertiary qualification 

  • Competent XPLAN experience

  • Experienced with projection/modelling platforms; Xtools+, Wealth Solver, Risk Researcher

  • Comprehensive understanding of holistic advice

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills


Salary is dependent on experience but will be circa $80k + super.
