The Opportunity Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients and lead a team of accountants.

You’ll play a key role in client advisory, review work, and business development, supporting the Directors with the firm’s strategic direction while helping to mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of SME and multi-entity clients.
  • Provide advisory and strategic services including:
    • Tax planning and structuring
    • Budgeting and cash flow management
    • Business structuring and succession planning
    • Estate planning strategies
  • Review compliance work prepared by accounting and offshore teams.
  • Support Directors with strategic initiatives and firm development.
  • Supervise, review, and train staff to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Assist with business development activities including proposals and client meetings.
About You
  • CA or CPA qualified.
  • Experience in a Manager or Senior/Supervisor role within public practice.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to deliver high-level client advice.
  • A proactive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
