A Top 100 accounting firm is seeking a skilled Manager / Client Manager to lead a small client team and take ownership of complex compliance and advisory work. Key Responsibilities

• Client Management: Lead engagements and build trusted relationships with clients
• Compliance Oversight: Review and manage complex tax and compliance work with support from junior and offshore teams
• Advisory & Strategy: Deliver tax, technical, and business advice to high-net-worth and multi-entity clients
• Team Leadership: Mentor, develop, and manage team performance, workflow, and budgets
• Collaboration: Work with national tax experts and cross-divisional teams to deliver holistic solutions

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in public practice, ideally with client management or senior advisory exposure
• Strong technical knowledge of compliance and advisory matters
• Proven ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and manage client expectations
• Confident, personable, and professional in client-facing situations
• Career-driven with interest in long-term progression within a Top 100 firm
