Furthermore, the organisation has recognised the requirement for tailored client solutions and have established an impressive service solution for high profile individuals, entrepreneurs, families, SMEs and multi-entity clients.

They are looking for future Partners as this firm is continually growing and looking for the right people to manage and grow a portfolio of clients as well as a team of accountants and admin.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage a portfolio of clients from SMEs to large multi-entity clients and a small amount of SMSF funds.
Providing strategies to clients in relation to budgeting & cash flow planning, tax structuring, tax planning, business structuring, estate planning and succession planning.
Reviewing the tax compliance from the accountants and offshore team for all entities including large groups.
Supporting the Directors and assisting with the strategic direction of the firm.
Assist with the management and supervision of staff including workflow, review and training
Maintaining an ongoing awareness of market/industry and competitor trends and grow your portfolio through continuous improvement initiatives
Assisting with business development activities including drafting proposals and conducting client meetings

ABOUT YOU:

CA or CPA qualified accountant.
Experience in Managerial position or an experienced Supervisor looking to step into a management role.
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise directly with clients, C-level contacts, and high-profile individuals.
You will be a motivated individual with a positive attitude, professional demeanour and excellent customer service skills.
