About the Role
We are currently seeking a Junior Financial Adviser to join a well-established, boutique financial planning firm based in the Brisbane Southside suburbs. This self-licensed firm prides itself on offering holistic financial services, with a close-knit, supportive team. Due to continued growth and succession planning, the firm is looking for a motivated individual to work closely with one of the founding partners of the business.

In this role, you will:

• Attend client review appointments, building strong client relationships.
• Gradually take on clients as part of a structured handover process.
• Assist in preparing financial strategies and recommendations.
• Be mentored by a highly experienced adviser.

Who We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Completed your Professional Year (PY).
• A genuine passion for financial planning and helping clients achieve their goals.
• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit environment.
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical and client management skills under the mentorship of an experienced adviser.
• Strong communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
