My client is a leading, mid-sized financial planning and accounting firm who have been in operation for over 30 years. They provide a full suite of services to their clients, ranging from wealth advice, super, retirement planning, insurance, business services, and accounting services. They have a high staff retention rate, which is attributed to their outstanding culture and career progression opportunities.
About the role:
They are currently experiencing a lot of growth, with many new clients coming onboard. This role is best suited for a junior financial adviser looking to manage a book of existing clients, build relationships, and learn the fundamentals of being an adviser. In time, you can progress your career and develop into a senior adviser position.
Duties:
Provide financial advice across all areas including investment, super, retirement planning, insurance, and estate planning.
Undertake quality conversations with clients to understand their needs.
Manage an existing book of clients.
Develop advice in the best interest of the client.
Demonstrate the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Skills & experience:
Ideal for someone with 1 -3 years experience as an adviser; or someone who has just completed their Professional Year.
Completed appropriate tertiary qualifications.
FASEA qualified.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong desire to grasp opportunities and develop your career.
Motivated and hard working.
