The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate Accountant with 2–4 years’ experience in public practice. You’ll be working closely with senior staff and directors, gaining direct client exposure and mentorship, while contributing to the success of a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare financial statements, income tax returns, BAS, IAS, and related compliance work for a variety of clients.
Assist in delivering tax planning, structuring, and business advisory services.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and support.
Liaise with the ATO and other regulatory bodies on client matters.
Support junior team members through guidance and informal mentoring.
Attend training and contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes.

Ideal Candidate

2–4 years’ experience in public practice accounting (tax & business services).
Currently completing or completed CA/CPA qualifications.
Strong understanding of Australian tax compliance and accounting standards.
Confident communicator with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Competent with software such as Xero.
Motivated, reliable, and a collaborative team player.
