Intermediate Tax & Business Services Accountant
Location: Bayside - This role is on-site
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 plus super

Our client, a leading firm with a national presence and offices in every capital city across Australia, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Tax & Business Services Accountant to join their dynamic team on the Bayside of Brisbane.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Preparation of tax returns and financial statements, primarily for clients in the agriculture sector.
Preparation of Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS) and a handful of SMSF work.
Conduct tax research to support senior accountants in tax planning and compliance matters.
Assist in responding to client queries related to tax and accounting matters.

What We Are Looking For:

A Business Services Accountant with at least 1 year of experience in Business Services & Tax.
Strong communication skills and a passion for building client relationships.
An eagerness to learn and a genuine interest in developing your career in tax and business services.
Work collaboratively within the team to meet deadlines and client expectations.
Participate in internal training and development programs to improve technical skills.
