Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing firm, is seeking an experienced Intermediate/Senior Tax & Business Services Accountant to join their Sunshine Coast office. With a strong reputation for providing specialised taxation and business services to small and medium-sized businesses, farmers, and retirees, this firm is at the forefront of innovation and growth in Queensland.
Founded over two decades ago, the firm has grown to include over 10 locations and a dedicated team of over 100 professionals. Recently, the firm acquired a prominent Sunshine Coast firm, expanding their market presence and offering further opportunities for career advancement.
As an Intermediate/Senior Tax & Business Services Accountant, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services to a diverse client base.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver high-level tax and business services to a diverse client portfolio.
Collaborate with clients across various industries to ensure tailored accounting solutions.
Assist in compliance and advisory tasks, managing complex financial matters.
Engage in regular training sessions and utilise cloud-based technologies, including XERO and transitioning to Class Super for SMSF management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering strategic advice to support their business growth.
Lead projects focused on business improvement, innovation, and process optimisation.
About You:
Degree qualified and currently pursuing or have completed CA/CPA.
Ideally 2+ years Australian public practice accounting experience
Professional, confident and driven personality
A team player who thrives in a flexible and collaborative environment.
