General Manager | Financial Planning

Job description

The Company:
A super opportunity is now available for a general manager to join this highly reputable and well-known aged care financial planning firm, who are looking to expand Australia wide! You will join a small, but supportive team with a great culture and family type feel. 

To be successful in this position, you will be a highly experienced and capable individual within the finance industry. You will work alongside the directors to achieve the company's goals, and manage the day to day operations of the business. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • General operation of all areas within the business

  • Manage the workflow of the business

  • Ensure all processes and procedures are followed and adhered to

  • Develop, improve and implement policies and procedures

  • Leading and managing staff and team leaders

  • Assist the directors and the firm achieve their goals

About You:

  • Currently in a general manager/practice manager role with 3+ years experience

  • Success in developing and implementing business strategies

  • A strong understanding of the financial services industry

  • Proven ability to deliver on set targets

  • Able to train and develop staff

  • Proven experience with running a business


Salary is dependant on experience circa $120k + super.
