About the Role
Join a fast-growing Brisbane CBD-based financial services firm as a Financial Adviser, working closely with the Director to manage a high volume of warm inbound referral leads. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced adviser who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by strong bonus earning potential.
You will primarily conduct virtual client meetings, onboarding new clients from a national referral partner.
• Engage with warm referral leads and conduct virtual client meetings
• Develop and present holistic financial advice strategies, with a strong focus on SMSF
• Manage onboarding of new clients and maintain high service standards
• Liaise with paraplanning (outsourced) and client services support staff
• Attend referral partner client events (up to 10 per year, occasional weekend travel – expenses paid)
• Contribute to the continued growth of a rapidly expanding business
Skills & Experience
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience as an authorised Financial Adviser
• Completed FASEA education requirements
• Completed additional SMSF accreditation with proven SMSF advice experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume workload
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confident onboarding and engaging new clients
• Driven, motivated and hungry to maximise bonus earning potential
