About the company:
Our client is a fast growing and high-reputable financial planning business, specialising in aged care advice. They are the largest aged care advice business in QLD, with a strong national presence. Their office is located in the outside suburbs of the Brisbane CBD, which is easily accessible by public transport or parking available.
About the role:
To keep up with continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced financial adviser to join this supportive team. No sales or BD is required in this role, the focus will be on client meetings and providing sound, quality advice. You will need to be empathetic and have a strong attention to detail. Aged care experience is not essential, but experience working with retirement planning will be advantageous.
Duties:
Warm leads/referrals provided
Convert leads into client meetings
Conduct 8-10 appointments per week
Provide exceptional service to clients
Minimal admin work required (file notes, fact finds)
Full CSO/Paraplanner support
Skills & experience:
Experienced working with Aged Care or Retirement Planning advice is ideal
Able to handle a high volume of work
Excellent communication skills - comfortable dealing with clients and onboarding new clients
Empathetic
Strong attention to detail
Professional and presentable
