Financial Adviser

The company:
Bentley Recruitment have partnered with a professional and highly reputably financial planning firm located in the CBD fringe suburbs of Brisbane. They focus on developing strong relationships with their clients, which ranges from HNW, retirees, specialists, and engineers.

The role:
To keep up with continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced financial adviser to join a supportive team and take on an existing book of clients. You will be expected to attract new clients to the business, provide tailored advice to new and existing clients, as well as keep up to date with compliance requirements.

Duties:

• Provide financial advice across all areas including investment, super, retirement planning, insurance, and estate planning.

• Undertake quality conversations with clients to understand their needs.

• Manage a grow a book of clients.

• Provide advice in the best interest of the client.

• Demonstrate the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a financial adviser, ability to come in and hit the ground running.

• Completed appropriate tertiary qualifications.

• Strong technical knowledge and ability to use software.

• FASEA qualified.

• Experience within the area of Self Managed Super Funds is important to succeed in this role.

• Compassionate and genuine with excellent client relationship skills.

• Attention to detail & a self-directed learner.

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
