The Opportunity:
Our client is a mid sized, highly reputable financial planning firm offering quality services and comprehensive advice. Having been in operation for over 50 years, and with offices in multiple locations across Australia, this business offers a successful career opportunity in a professional environment.

Due to continued growth and success they are looking to expand their Brisbane office, and are seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join their team. You will be allocated a portfolio of existing clients, and have the opportunity to build and manage your client base. You will be the 'go to' adviser in this office, with the ability to mentor future associates and support staff. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle clients allocated to you in conjunction with your support team

  • Conduct regular client appointments

  • Include associates in client appointments when possible

  • Provide valuable, expert advice to meet the clients needs and goals

  • Manage and grow your client base

  • Mentor associates and support staff

  • Maintain exceptional levels of compliance

  • Regular reporting and communication to director

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Financial Adviser

  • Are a current authorised rep

  • Must have an understanding of key strategies

  • Have an understanding of different types of insurance

  • Completed or working towards FASEA educational requirements

  • Able to write advice documents (SOA's & ROA's)

  • Ideally have previous exposure to holistic advice

  • Experienced with XPLAN


Salary will be dependant on your experience but will be circa $100k + super.
