About the role
Lead and enhance compliance strategies for a dynamic financial services firm. Report to the executive leadership team and work closely with advisers, paraplanners, and CSOs to ensure adherence to licensee standards.
Monitor compliance with AFSL regulations
Update and implement compliance procedures
Oversee audits and review adviser advice files
Deliver compliance training and coaching
Ensure adviser CPD and documentation standards
Skills & Experience
Proven compliance background in financial services
Experience in coaching and training financial advisers
Strong knowledge of AFSL and advice regulations
Skilled in Xplan and financial planning platforms
Effective communicator with leadership skills
