Our client is situated in Brisbane CBD and has been in operation for over 20 years. They are a full service financial advice business that offers holistic solutions to a client base of affluent individuals and families.
There is a rare opportunity to join the team as their Compliance Manager.

Tasks and responsibilities:
Oversight of regulatory and advice requirements for clients
Monitoring of financial services legislation and implementing changes across the business including updating processes and templates
Ongoing management, oversight and facilitation of licensee's financial services software (Xplan), including management of datafeeds, user licences and capabilities, template management, troubleshooting
Management and oversight of annual review process including completion of final compliance checks
Management of ongoing fee arrangement policies, including fee disclosure obligations
Provide support to Directors
Assist with compliance training for the team and answer compliance related queries
About you:
Extensive experience in the financial planning industry with 2+ years in an operations/compliance role
Strong understanding of financial services legislation and compliance requirements for retail clients including annual review and fee disclosure processes
Xplan experience and strong IT skills
Experience developing and implementing business processes
Organised and adaptable
Salary is flexible depending on skills and experience, circa $80,000 - $120,000 package.
