Client Services Officer / Paraplanner

About the role
Join a leading financial planning firm that values genuine client relationships and career development. As a Client Services Officer / Paraplanner, you’ll support two advisers, manage a loyal client base, and play a key role in delivering tailored, holistic advice.
  • Build trusted relationships and be a key client contact
  • Research, model and prepare high-quality SOAs, roughly 2 per week
  • Manage advice implementation and liaise with providers
  • Prepare for client reviews and manage the FDS/OSA process
  • Work closely with advisers to deliver seamless client outcomes
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in client services and paraplanning
  • Confident using Xplan and managing client workflows
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Strong understanding of holistic advice and financial planning
  • Team-focused with a proactive, client-first approach
