Client Services Officer

Job description

About the role
Join a growing financial planning team and support a senior adviser with end to end client administration and implementation. You’ll manage new business processing, maintain CRM accuracy, liaise with clients, assist with compliance workflows, and help prepare key advice documents. Ideal for an experienced CSO looking to work towards an adviser pathway.
  • Prepare review packs, SOAs, ROAs, file notes
  • Action implementation tasks and workflow tracking
  • Manage client calls, emails and follow‑ups
  • Maintain CRM and update client data
  • Assist with fee consent and compliance tasks
  • Attend or observe client meetings as needed
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in financial planning or transferable admin background
  • Strong communication and client service ability
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and data accuracy
  • Interest in adviser pathway (optional)
  • Relevant qualifications or willingness to study
