Client Services Officer

About the role
We are partnering with a well-established financial planning practice to recruit an experienced Client Services Officer. This role will see you supporting two advisers and working alongside another CSO to ensure seamless client service delivery. You will be responsible for client communication, compliance, and implementation of advice.

Key responsibilities:
  • Prepare for client review meetings
  • Manage client communication and correspondence
  • Oversee diary management and scheduling
  • Handle compliance requirements including FDS
  • Implement advice and liaise with third-party providers
  • Provide direct support to two advisers
 Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a client services role within financial planning
  • Strong knowledge of compliance processes and documentation
  • Ability to manage diaries and coordinate adviser schedules
  • Familiarity with financial planning systems (Worksorted experience advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
