About the role
Join a highly respected boutique financial planning firm supporting a senior adviser. Be the first point of contact for clients and play a crucial part of a tight-knit, high-performing team in the heart of the CBD.
  • Support adviser with admin, client updates & prep
  • Be first point of contact for client queries
  • Implement advice and follow up with providers
  • Maintain and update client records in Xplan
  • Prepare client review documentation and packs
  Skills & Experience
  • At least 12 months in financial planning client services
  • Exposure to Xplan and BT Panorama preferred
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Friendly, proactive and client-focused attitude
