About the company:
Our client is a highly reputable and leading Financial Planning firm who has been in operation for over 30 years. They are a progressive firm with several offices located throughout QLD. They deliver a high quality, full comprehensive service to their client base, which ranges from business owners, professionals, retirees, TTR, families, and wealth accumulators.

About the role:
To keep up with continued business growth, I am seeking an experienced Clients Services Officer OR Adviser Support. You will have variety in this role where you will be responsible for preparation of advice documents, implementation of advice, research, and assist with strategy development. Professional Year can also be offered.

Duties:

  • Proactively support financial advisers

  • Preparation for client meetings, including all correct documents

  • Implementing advice documents (SOAs & ROAs) and associated documents

  • Be a first point of contact for clients

  • Complete research and assist with strategy development

Skills & experience:

  • Experience working as a Client Services Officer or Adviser Support within a financial planning firm

  • Sound understanding of the financial planning process

  • Experience using financial planning software and platforms (Xplan)

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise your workload
