The Opportunity:
Our client is a highly successful and progressive financial planning firm based in Brisbane CBD. 

Experiencing continual growth, they are seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to join their team. You will be providing support to the lead financial advisers, while collaborating with the existing team to provide market leading advice and service to their high net wealth client base. Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to financial advisers
  • Prepare and implement advice documents (SOA's & ROA's)
  • Provide a high level of client service; maintaining and developing client relationships
  • Maintain and update files and database records
  • Prepare for, and manage client reviews
About You:
  • Have 1+ years experience in a Client Services Officer role within financial planning
  • Be able to multitask and manage your workflow
  • Have a high attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Be able to prioritise
  • Experience with Adviser Logic is an advantage
Salary is dependant on experience, but will be circa $70k including super + bonus.
