My client is a leading, mid-sized financial planning and accounting firm who have been in operation for over 30 years. They provide a full suite of services to their clients, ranging from wealth advice, super, retirement planning, insurance, business services, and accounting services. About the role:
Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to become a part of this supportive team. You will become a specialist with implementation of all advice recommendations, as well as providing a professional service to all clients. This role is best suited for someone with previous experience in a support role within a financial planning business.

Duties:

Implement all advice recommendations for clients
Liaise with third party product providers
Provide a quality service to clients; answer queries, update information, identify issues
Prepare basic ROA documents
Understand and communicate strategy to cients
Assist with FDS (prepare, process, and manage)

Skills & experience:

2+ years experience in a similar role within financial planning
Familiar with investment platforms is preffered, but not mandatory
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Diploma in Financial Planning or a relevant degree is advantageous, but not required
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of the role
