About the role

Lead end-to-end client service within a boutique, collaborative financial planning team. Manage workflows, elevate service standards, support advice delivery, and drive process improvements while working closely with advisers and support staff.
  • Manage client service workflow and oversee daily operations
  • Act as primary contact for client queries and servicing
  • Support advice prep, implementation and compliance tasks
  • Improve processes and contribute to business growth projects
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in client services within financial planning
  • Experienced with advice processes within financial planning
  • Strong client communication and workflow coordination
  • Ability to work autonomously and solve problems
  • Keen to improve processes and support team development
