Client Services Manager

About the role
Lead and manage client service delivery for a growing financial planning firm. Oversee workflow, mentor team members, and ensure exceptional client outcomes. Liaise with advisers, paraplanners, and operations to support complex and holistic advice delivery.

Key duties:
  • Manage client service operations and workflow
  • Mentor and support client services staff
  • Implement advice and follow up with providers
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulations
  • Oversee onboarding and ongoing client relationships
  • Work closely with advisers on complex strategies
Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years experience in financial planning client services
  • Strong knowledge of Xplan
  • Ability to manage complex client portfolios
  • Proven leadership and mentoring capability
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
