- Manage client service operations and workflow
- Mentor and support client services staff
- Implement advice and follow up with providers
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulations
- Oversee onboarding and ongoing client relationships
- Work closely with advisers on complex strategies
- 3+ years experience in financial planning client services
- Strong knowledge of Xplan
- Ability to manage complex client portfolios
- Proven leadership and mentoring capability
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
