Due to continued success, they are now looking to hire an experienced Client Service Administrator to join their team. This is a busy role requiring a confident, experienced professional. A positive attitude and exceptional client service skills are a must.


About You

You will have at least 4+ years of experience working in a similar role within a public practice accounting firm. Ideally you will have the following:

A collaborative approach to your work
High attention to detail
Ability to show initiative
Excellent communication skills with experience dealing with clients
Desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team
Full working rights in Australia.

The Role

This position is a focused administration providing support to a team of Accountants. Your duties will include:

Preparing & collating information for financial statements & tax returns
Responding efficiently to customer queries
Liaising with clients on behalf of the accountants
Preparing for & scheduling client meetings
Liaising with ASIC & the ATO
Be a point of contact for clients and develop client relationships
Ad hoc administration duties
